Changes to acknowledgement of posted documents
Due to a high volume of postal applications, ISD is no longer sending acknowledgement receipts for posted documents in most cases. Applicants should retain proof of postage. Check the online status portal instead of expecting a written acknowledgement.

IRP renewal processing extended to 12 weeks — 12-week concession applies
ISD has extended the concession period from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Employees with expired IRP cards can continue working for 12 weeks provided they have proof of a submitted renewal application.
