Ireland Family Reunification Changes 2025–2026

With effect from 12 June 2026, additional amendments were made to the revised non-EEA Family Reunification Policy and to Family Reunification rules for those granted International Protection. This builds on the November 2025 overhaul — check the latest policy document before applying.

Revised policy effective 26 November 2025: stricter eligibility criteria, new financial capacity thresholds, application fees introduced, possible accommodation requirements, and applications must be made from outside Ireland.
